My daughter is really enjoying Gyrotonics. She says it’s helping her strengthen her legs, arms, and core. Her instructor, Teacher Bea, is excellent—she pays close attention to her form and offers personalized guidance. Since Teacher Bea is also a ballet teacher, she understands which exercises are most beneficial for my daughter’s needs.
